Perfect spot for exploring Orlando and nearby attractions

The hotel was super convenient for all the activities we had planned, making it easy to hop around to various Disney parks each day and enjoy nearby restaurants like Charleys Philly Steaks and The Crepe Company, plus a nice hot breakfast made each morning feel like a treat, and with spacious clean rooms and super friendly staff, especially Rob at the front desk who was really informative and caring about customer satisfaction, we definitely felt at home; however, I wish the shuttle service had a bit more clear information.

Good location, just walking distance from everywhere. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

Clean, affordable hotel, I truly enjoyed fairly quiet and bright rooms and welcoming staff. The breakfast was tasty, free with nice options and Mickey waffles, for example. The setting was marvellous, not far from all major parks, restaurants, shopping area and the theme park and Universal. Cafeteria Foxtrail Coffee located 4 km away was a nice surprise.

great staff but the place needs a makeover

The staff is super friendly and always quick to help. The location is convenient for local eateries and fun activities.

The room had some serious cleanliness issues.

The venue's position was very central.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to amusement parks, supermarkets, and restaurants. It's worth staying here and exploring the Lake Buena Vista district.- They serve a variety of meals, and the food I tried was fresh.

I loved the room in a closet in the bedroom, the bed was good. Very central location just next door to many restaurants and Close to Disney, it was in a very nice area. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

The hotel was great with very nice personnel and good service for a barbecue party. The location was marvelous for exploring area attractions and peaceful for us. We enjoyed an early meal at The Crepe Company nearby.

The reception staff was very attentive to help the guests, it looked like an octopus the day I arrived to check in with the group I saw how they tried to fulfill all the needs that were presented and in my case I had a work emergency and as something happened with the connection of the pcs of the lobby they even lent me the computer inside and helped me to scan and forward the file I needed. The breakfast was good, complete, maybe it lacked variety of fruits, they only put a few oranges but from there super well, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, cereal, granola, milk, yogurt, bread, baggels, pastries, muffins, juices, milk, coffee... excellent! Ideal to start a day in Orlando.

The pool is small and there is no area for children, it would be a good thing to add although in Orlando one spends more time outside than inside the hotel... and more variety of fruit at breakfast, it can be improved but it is not serious, in general it is an excellent stay.

Room was clean, staff members were helpful and pleasant.

I booked under Jumani, wasn't told of new name. Building numerics were hard to see & w/name change, caused confusion to location. Make numerics larger. Bedding for pull out should have been in room, not given to me @ checkin when booked for 5.

This venue is located in a great building and boasts a non-smoking dining area, with its central location close to various restaurants making it very convenient.

It was within walking distance of Chicken Now, where you can have dinner.

The hotel is conveniently located near major theme parks, shops, restaurants, and Walt Disney World, with a non-smoking restaurant close by.

The size of the room. The kitchen is very comfortable, although there is no possibility of cooking anything due to lack of equipment because there is only a microwave and a coffee maker. From the eighth floor where I stayed the views of the Bay are excellent I imagine the ocean views must be spectacular. The location is very good and completely safe but you have to drive 8 minutes to a supermarket. Although there is a mini-market that saves you in the hotel

bathroom is very basic. You have to register to use common areas like the pool. It does not provide breakfast service and hotel bar is not cheap. designated smoking area is directly a joke. Especially with so many open areas. everyone ends up smoking in any of them. spring mattresses were quite soft
